I was shorted credits at monthly reset

My credits just reset (literally just now) incorrectly. I pay for premium and should get 11,000 credits, but it only went to 7210/11000

Thank you for your message. 

 

If you have more than one plan that gives you credits, you will not necessarily get them on the same day. You get the credit entitlements for each plan on that plan's anniversary date, which you can see in your plan listing on accounts.adobe.com.

 

So, if you have Creative Cloud Pro, you would get 4000 credits on its anniversary date and those credits would need to be used before that plan's next anniversary date. If you also have Firefly 7,000 Credits Add-On plan, you would get 7000 credits on its anniversary date.

 

So, you get the total credits of all you plans combined each month, just not necessarily on the same day.
