I was trying to generate a video using Pika, it never generated my video yet to docked me the 125 generative credits.

When trying to generated my video using Pika in Firefly, it started to do the generation but it was taking over 5 minutes plus and kept stopping without generating my final video. There are no video created yet I was docked the generative credits without a final product.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we’d love to help you get this sorted.

    To look into the error properly, it would really help if you could share a few details:

    • The prompt you used

    • The keyframe (if you added one)

    • A screenshot of the error message on your screen
       

    Regarding the credits you lost: credits are deducted as soon as you hit Generate, but if an error occurs, they should be returned automatically.
    Sometimes that refund can take a little while. Could you check if your credits have been added back by now?

    Apologies for the late reply, I just saw this message. All was sorted out, thank you. However, today,  there have been issues with Firefly loading generative images to continue the creative process. All day there have been lags with generation, then errors. See attached from this evenings session try to bring images back into Generate Image.

    Could you let us know which browser you’re using? It would also help to know whether this happens with one specific image or with any image you try to upload.

    That info will make it easier for us to narrow down what’s going on.
