I went to generate a prompt and i had only done 2 prompts 400 each to generate and some how Iwent from 4000 to2800 and it says its unavailable try again.

issueI did two prompts; they didn't work and cost 400 each, but somehow they're unavailable but still taking more credits than they're supposed to and not providing the product

HI DOMO!Thanks for writing in. Credits are deducted when you hit Generate, but if the generation fails, they are automatically returned to your balance. Could you check your account and verify?^KRmoved to questions
