I would like to ask for help in determining the reason for the rejection of the command

I've tried many different ways to run the command below with the Firefly engine (in different versions). Each attempt results in the command being rejected.

Interestingly, using the exact same command produces images with every other engine.

Could someone explain to me what the problem is or what I'm doing wrong?

Below is the prompt:
