I wrote a VERY specific step-by-step prompt. The video generated is weird. How do I give feedback?

I wrote a very specific, very detailed, step-by-step (instructional design-style) prompt. The video generated did not provide what I needed. I rewrote the prompt to be even more specific. The regenerated video was even more weird and appears to have a second human spontaneously generate out of the first human so my video ends with two people where there should have only been one. Of course the system is charging me for each weird rendering. I would appreciate help, and a refund.

Weird. My rendered video does not have a thumbs-up/down option. The play button appears there, but nowhere on the screen can I find a rating icon. Also, regenerating it twhile asking it to follow my original instructions exactly turned out a much worse (laughable) version. And, of course, sucked out more of my credits. I may have to return to Sora AI.
