Ich habe ein Abo abgeschlossen, das Programm sagt mir aber ich hätte keine Credits

Ich habe firefly in der kostenlosen Version getestet, als die Credits aufgebraucht waren, habe ich zur kostenpflichtigen Premium-Version gewechselt. In meinem Konto steht ich habe 750credits zur Verfügung, wenn ich aber was machen möchte, heißt es ich hätte keine Credits

    Hi ​@menja13,

     

    Which plan did you subscribe to? You mentioned “premium”. Some Firefly plans only include standard Firefly features. This problem most frequently happens when someone subscribes to a plan that does not include Firefly premium features. Under those plans, you can only use Firefly Standard features and would get this error if you try to use a premium feature.

    The other possibility is the generation you are trying would use more credits than you have. 750 credits seems like a lot, but some video generations use more credits than 750 for one generation. You can see next to the generate button how many credits the generation you are attempting would consume.
