Ich habe plötzlich keine Credits mehr, obwohl ich gestern noch knapp 50000 hatte und mein Abo von über 219€ wird nicht mehr angezeigt

Ich habe vor ein paar Tagen ein Abo von 219€ abgeschlossen! Jetzt ist das Abo plötzlich aus meiner Liste verschwunden und meine Credits sind auf 0! Das Geld wurde aber schon abgebucht! Ich bezahl doch hier nicht 219€ für Nix! Sehen Sie bitte zu dass sie das SCHNELLSTENS beheben oder mir das Geld zurückerstatten!

      Hi, thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about this experience. I understand how frustrating it is to be charged for a subscription and then see it disappear from your account while your credits show as zero.

      To help investigate, could you please confirm:

      • Whether you’re signed in with the same account that was used to purchase the plan.
      • A screenshot of your subscription page and the credits page, if possible.

      In the meantime, please try signing out and back into Firefly and checking your account under Plans & Products to ensure the subscription is linked to the correct Adobe ID.
