Il me reste 100 crédits, je pais 52 € mais on me dit que je n'ai pas assez de crédit pour continuer

Bonjour,

Je paie 52 € par an. Je génère 1 image par mois.

Je veux en faire une là maintenant, et on me dit que je n'ai pas assez de crédits alors que je n'ai pas touché à mon compte depuis un mois.

Il me reste 100/100 crédits.

Est-ce un bug ou une arnaque ?

A quoi cela sert de payer 52 € par an ?

There are quite a few plans which have different credit entitlements and different levels of access. In order to answer your question, please reply with the following information:

• What function were you using to generate (e.g. text to image, image to video, etc.) and what model had you selected? If video, what length and resolution did you select?

• Please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.

• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
