Image and Video Generation Fails With “Something Went Wrong” Error

I am experiencing a recurring technical issue while using Adobe Firefly for both image generation and video generation.

Issue description:
When attempting to generate images or videos, the process fails and displays the error message:
“Something went wrong. Please try again later.”

Observed behavior:

• The error appears immediately after submitting the prompt or during generation.

• The issue occurs consistently across multiple prompts (simple and detailed).

• Both image and video generation are affected.

• Retrying after waiting does not resolve the issue.

• The problem persists across sessions.

Expected behavior:

• Firefly should generate images or videos successfully after prompt submission.

• If generation fails, a more descriptive error message or recovery option should be provided.

Environment details:

• Platform: Adobe Firefly (web)

• Browser: Google Chrome (latest version)

• Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit)

• Internet connection: Stable

• Account status: Active, signed in
