TLDR;
After fiddling with the prompt and a number of re-rolls (probably two dozen variations), I finally landed on the image that I wanted. However, the generated pixels lacked the punch that I desired and thus, had to post-process it. After a quick side-quest in Photoshop, I got the image that was closest to my original vision. See the before and after below.
