Image editing in Adobe Firefly has stopped working on my account.

When I click Generate, nothing happens and no error message is displayed. I still have available Generative Credits, and Text to Image works correctly. I have already tried Incognito mode and different prompts, but the issue persists. The problem started recently, although everything worked normally before.

    Looking at the logs, the issue isn't a platform bug! The error is a Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI) assertion violation. The reference image you uploaded has Content Credential tag embedded in it that marks it as protected from AI inference. Firefly is designed to honor those restrictions.
     

    The fix is simple: try generating without a reference image, or use a different reference image that doesn't carry a Content Credentials restriction such as an image you created yourself or one from Adobe Stock.

    Upload a photo, edit it, and increase its resolution.
    My subscription plan (unlimited editing) doesn't expire for another three weeks, yet photo editing has already stopped working for me.
