image generator incorrect

I started with this prompt - it only generated 7 steps and had errors:

Now, I need a scale based image, again 250-300px high, representing a sliding scale base.
The title of the image is Situational Die Steps.
along the scale are 10 placeholders - with a title above each.
Starting from the left:

I want the image to be clear in intent - it is a scaling track that one would move up/down on, and keep it theme related.

Then I did the following:

No, you messed up and didn't follow my instructions - the images of the dice are wrong (should be a d8, d6, d4, the next image is good, d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20. The text above should be -3 steps, -2 steps, -1 step, No Mod, +1 step, +2 steps, +3 steps, +4 steps, +5 steps, +6 steps. The text within needs to fit cleanly and should be -d8, -d6, -d4, 0, +d4, +d6, +d8, +d10, +d12, +d20. I was very clear in this, you better not cost me credits fixing your mistake.

It generated the same damn image nearly as shown in image 2.  NOT VERY GOOD - very disappointed.
