Imagine to video does not let me upload an image 

what it shows me is text to video

So, what you need to do is:
1) Tap on Video in the Menu Bar or Tap on the big image w the parrot.
2) Press the frame box and upload an image or short vid.

3) Type in your prompt or upload your prompt.
