impossible d'utiliser les IA dans boards. j'ai sollicité l'aide du service technique par le chat Adobe. mais je reste avec mon problème depuis.

je reçois le message “something went wrong” dès que j’essaie de modifier une image dans un Board, et ce quelque soit le modèle d’IA que je sélectionne, quelque soit la longueur du prompt. Rien ne fonctionne. cela va faire une semaine que je suis avec ce problème. le service technique devait me recontacter j’ai fourni images, prompts et captures d’écran. 

j’espère que mon crédit actuel de 4035 crédits sera reporté.

    Thanks for writing in and sharing the details.

    Just to help narrow this down, is the issue only occurring when using image editing actions within Boards, or are other AI features affected as well (for example Text to Image, Text to Video, Generative Fill, etc.)?
     

    If those other AI features are working normally, that would help determine whether the problem is specific to Boards rather than a broader issue.

    Also, regarding the credits you mentioned, please note that unused generative credits generally do not roll over to the next billing period and are refreshed according to the terms of the plan. You can find more information here.

    Hello, 

    Thanks a lot for your reply . Indeed, the problem occurs when using any of the modifying command with any of the AI sources. I tried with different sizes of images, with different types, either jpg or png for instance. I tried with long, detailed or shorted commands. the results remains the same. 

    When asking to create variations it works. 

    insofar as the trouble does not come from my use and has been lasting for several days I would really have appreciated to benefit from a roll over of my generative credits. thanks for your understanding.

    I understand that generating variations works, while any image edit action fails regardless of the AI source, image format, image size, or prompt length. Thanks for confirming that.
     

    One point I'd still like to clarify: does this behavior occur only within Boards, or do image editing actions also fail in other Firefly features outside of Boards?
    For example, if you use Text to Image, Text to Video, or other Firefly experiences, do you encounter the same error there as well? Please send us a screenshot of the error.
     

    This distinction will help determine whether the issue is specific to Boards or affects AI editing services more broadly.
     

    I also understand your concern regarding the generative credits, especially given the impact this issue has had on your workflow. However, unused generative credits cannot be rolled over to a future billing period.
    Credit availability and refresh cycles are governed by the terms of the subscription plan, and support teams are unable to manually extend or transfer unused credits.
