In Adobe firefly, he has not generated a single video and my subscription is over. Even he don't generate a video. It's using my credit, not getting my refund if it's fail or could not load.

Hello Adobe Support,

I am facing a serious issue with Adobe video generation. The system continuously fails to generate videos and keeps showing errors like “Could not load video” or “Failed to generate video.” 

The problem is that even though no video was successfully created, my credits/subscription usage has still been deducted completely. I have not received a single usable generated video, yet all my credits have been consumed.

I want to understand:
- Why are credits being deducted when the generation fails?
- How can my full subscription usage be consumed without delivering a single successful video?
- Is there any refund, credit restoration, or solution available for this issue?

I understand that some AI tools may not refund credits like Veo or other platforms, but this situation is unfair because the service failed entirely without producing results.

Please investigate this issue and provide support as soon as possible.

    I want to clarify how credits are handled in Adobe Firefly:

    • Credits are deducted immediately when you click “Generate.”

    • If the generation fails and you see an error, the credits are automatically refunded after the error occurs. This applies to all errors, there are no exceptions.

    • If you notice that credits were not returned after an error, this usually indicates that a generation did complete successfully. In that case, you can check under Your StuffGeneration History to see if the video was stored there.

    I recommend reviewing your Generation History to confirm whether any outputs were saved. If you still believe credits were not refunded after a failed generation, please provide the following so the support team can investigate further:

    • Date and time

    • Model used

    • Number of credits deducted
