In Boards, presets are not displaying correctly

Preset window in boards is cut off, does not scroll. this prevents the user from accessing the full preset library, and only shows the first six presets. This behavior shows up in Chrome and Safari on Mac OSX 26.3. Behavior persists after signing in and out of account and on new boards.

Thanks responsible_Moon2760 for the update, that detail is actually very helpful.

Since the feature works with your laptop trackpad but not with a Wacom tablet, mouse, or arrow keys, it suggests the issue may be related to how the tool is handling different input methods.
I’ll escalate this to the product team so they can look into improving compatibility.

Thanks again for taking the time to test this and let us know.

    Hi responsible_Moon2760,

    Thank you for sharing this.

I tested the feature in Chrome and was able to scroll through the presets all the way down. This may have been a temporary glitch that caused your request to fail for a moment.

If the issue still persists, could you please make sure your browser is updated?

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for the reply Hajar. Both browsers (Chrome/Safari) are up to date. This issue persists when using a Wacom tablet, mouse, or arrow keys, however I am able to scroll through the presets when using a laptop trackpad.
