I’d like my credits refunded please

When I upscale a video on Adobe Boards and then download it to my local, the audio is gone. The original file plays the audio fine on the board. The upscaled file on the boards plays with audio, but not once it is downloaded to my local.

I can drag video from a Samsung Galaxy S25 into Premiere Elements Video 2025, and it appears in the organizer. But it cannot be put in the timeline for editing.

Is there any way to recover deleted projects? I saw there is a message that says: Files you delete will be permanently removed after 30 days. Because I accidentally deleted a project and was just wondering if there was any way it could be recovered.

 i tried to upscale a video twice .. and each time it took 200 credits from me ... i didn't get the upscaled video for some reason .. u must give me my credits back

I would also like to suggest giving Adobe subscribers the option to purchase additional generative credits whenever needed, without having to subscribe to a separate plan.As a Creative Cloud subscriber, I would appreciate the flexibility to buy extra credits on demand when I need them, rather than being required to maintain another subscription just to access additional generations.AI video production can consume credits very quickly, especially when testing prompts, refining scenes, and producing final versions. A simple pay-as-you-go option or one-time credit packs would give subscribers more control over their spending and make it easier to manage production costs.I believe this would be a valuable improvement for subscribers who occasionally need more credits but don't want the ongoing expense of an additional subscription.Thank you for considering this suggestion. I hope Adobe will consider offering a more flexible way for existing subscribers to purchase additional credits.

I can not use firefly via my account on any device I am using Mac os 

You generate an image with uploaded references. NB2 for example.You generate several more until it gets right.You decide, “no, I need to go back to that other start frame I was working on before, I just noticed a detail.”So you click on the “timeline” of previous generations to the one you would like to go back, historically. Result: no loading of original prompt, reference uploads are not there. Everything just sits on the latest.Heck even creating this report, I wanted to go back and edit the “Describe your bug” and it did the same thing, wiped out the “Add more details AND the subject line, just reset it all”. Exactly same issue. Proper harnesses would keep historical prompts for each generation. Proper harnesses would actualy keep your uploads so you do not have to upload them over and over again because of how bad Firefly UX is. I use all of the tools, Higgsfield, Hailou, etc. Gotta get better at this. Have Opus 5.5 fix this overnight for us please 😂

Firefly voice generation is not generating voice even though I am creaative cloud pro user. It is asking for extra credits which I have already. Then showing that character limit has reached. But I am using only 4700 out of 5000 characters

It’s been a day since last time I used the image generate but somehow I can’t generate an images anymore for free and I can’t generate 3 images either anymore.

I'm writing to report an ongoing problem with my Adobe Firefly account. I am unable to generate any images or videos using the partner (third-party) models available in Firefly. Only the Adobe Firefly models work. Whenever I select one of the partner models, the generation fails or the option is not available, even though I have generative credits available in my account. 

The results are not what I asked for and contain images I did not upoad

 I’m having an issue with the background removal process. It has been processing since yesterday and still hasn’t finished. What could be causing this?

The file hash and signature matched. The credential was reported as trusted after loading the official trust list, although a timestamp trust warning remains.Could you please investigate whether this is a false positive or an additional Firefly-side restriction?I would like to know:1. Which Content Credentials assertion or validation condition triggered the rejection?2. Is this a known issue with reference-image uploads?3.
