1. Неможливо відкрити окреме зображення, збільшити його для перегляду. Можна лише відкрити для редагування, але потім неможливо повернутись назад, бо кнопка повернутись назад викидає зі сторінки адоб фаєрфлай. 2. Під час натискання "завантажити" зображення, сторінка з генерованими зображннями автоматично прокручується вгору, скаче, це не завжди, кожне третє завантаження.

While using Topaz to upscale, I encounter errors or no output despite processing. My credits are deducted without receiving any image. I request a refund for the credits used and assistance in resolving this issue.

When I try to create a video or photo using Firefly, it says there's a problem and I can't create one.

I didn’t use the 3 allowances, just 2. It started to make the same clip twice and I tried to stop it! Would there be any way you could help me? I can’t afford this. But I make fantasy music videos and if I could be allowed to use this site, I would credit it in my descriptions.

Basic prompt, trying to get my cellphone picture cropped and framed the way a photographer would do for a portrait.  

The Firefly AI image generator is generating images of Asian people 90% of the time.I tell it I am in Canada and want a culturally relevant image and of 10 people 9 are Asian.I ask it nicely not to include a single Asian person, and every person generated is asian.I want you to restore all my credits or I am cancelling my entire Adobe plan.Icannot support such racist content.

I have full access from my administrator which is Arizona State university to use all the adobe apps including Firefly. However when i enter a prompt into adobe firefly it says i need to contact the administrator for access I have already contacted them and they have been informed it might be a bug. I have signed out of my account many different times. 

I just tried changing my prompt to see if any of my words are being flagged, here is the prompt: Aesthetic close-up video of a feminine hand with long nails holding a small handheld device with a metal wheel. The thumb flicks the wheel downward in a quick motion, producing a tiny glowing effect. Emphasize the flicking motion and wheel rotation. No pressing or pushing, only flicking. Focus on the mechanical interaction and subtle visual detail.I’m currently trying to generate a video of a girl flicking a lighter for my tt shop but it just keep on running into that error.After trying again with a completely new prompt it’s saying this:Can't loadWe can't display the generated video.You can edit and try again. 

I haven’t used Firefly since my new billing cycle so I should have a full 4000 credits. I’m not sure why this happened.

En el módulo de Generar de Adobe Firefly, la cantidad de caracteres dispuestos para la redacción del prompt es muy limitada. A veces se necesita más caracteres para redactar mejor el prompt.

FIrefly workflows, is slow to load the projects. I think the idea is brilliant. The Workflow that I made which generated iterations of a cycling outfit will no longer open, It appears as a blank screen.

When I try to download the image I created I am getting a message that it was canceled. I havent had an issue since I have been with Adobe Firefly. I am seeing other issues including images wont delete even though I delete. 

Here’s the video it made with no changes. I even gave it a reference image that showed how I wanted the bubbles to look. 

Login issue, i was unable to login to Corporate profile hence changed the email address. Now i cannot revert back and still unable to login to Corporate Profile

Bom dia, estou começando hoje no Adobe Firefly. Queria saber se criação de vídeo não gera créditos regenerativo. Até porque eu acho que muita gente cria vídeos para redes sociais e a criação de vídeos consome muito crédito. nao é?

Gostaria de saber se o Firefly tem recursos para gerar videos com duração maiores do que 5 segundos, pois nos descritivos dos planos de pagamento de vocês o texto diz gerar somente de 5 segundos.Vcs tem planos para geração de vídeos de maior duração, por exemplo 10, 15, 20 segundos ou mais?

My question is: why isn’t Firefly working consistently?I’ve been working with a client who creates animated children’s content—something in a Pixar-style. During a recent session (around 11am to 5:30pm UK time), we followed our usual workflow: creating a start and end image, then generating short video clips to link them together.This was our second session this week and roughly our sixth overall. I currently pay £28.99 per month for 7,000 credits, and across the last two sessions we’ve used around 8,000 out of 11,000 purchased credits.Previously, my client was comfortable spending around 400 credits for an 8-second video, even before the free trial period. While there was a learning curve, we were getting solid results. However, since the free trial, Firefly has become increasingly unreliable—frequent breakdowns, inconsistent output, and noticeably poorer quality. It’s now worse than ever.For example, we might successfully generate two or three decent 5-second videos using the Firefly

I’m trying to generate an image. It’s a photo of a conference room, and i asked Firefly to add a logo image, also sent, to the wall. I keep asking it to move the logo up and to the left, but Firefly keeps giving me the same exact photo without making any changes and i keep wasting my credits. 

While I like using Firefly to help create images, the only problem I have with it is Firefly changing the DPI of my images to 72 DPI, which causes loss of detail in the final image.  I primarily use Firefly to change color of apparel for our product images, mainly camo color options using a camo pattern image as my secondary image to the main reference image.  My images are set to 300 DPI but the output of the Firefly image is 72 DPI which casues loss of detail and aliasing in the final image.  If I’m going to pay to use it, I want to be able to set whatever final image sizing I want.  Using the Firefly AI models is rather disappointing at 1k or 2k final output so I have to use Gemini 3.1 so I can get a 4k output but at a loss of resolution.  Give us the option to set the output DPI to make this more useable.

I clicked on generate and it took my coins but said there was a problem and to try again later? what is this? there's no video, no coins, nothing. ALL MY COINS ARE GONE AND I HAVE ZERO VIDEOS. 

I EXPECTED A GENERATED IMAGE OF MY ORIGINAL IMAGE BUT I RECEIVED A CRAZY UNWANTED IMAGE INSTEAD.

Upscaling the video to 4K makes the starting scene blurry, especially the human hair.So now i will have to do manual tinkering with the starting slide :_(Definitely, the first frame deserves more attention!Please add some starting options for upscaling a video: To add a separtely upscaled starting slide (same Firefly generative upscale) before upscaling the entire video. But even Firefly image upscaler has trouble upscaling human hair (the hair look glued together). Please do something with generative upscaling first, this feature seems to be uniqe to Adobe. If the manually upscaled starting slide is missing, propose to upscale and display the upscaled starting slide only before attempting to upscale the entire video.
