Hello Adobe Support Team,I am experiencing an issue when using Seedance 2.0 inside Adobe Firefly.When I upload a reference image, Firefly shows this error message:“Unable to load. The reference content cannot include real human faces with this model. Please upload a different asset or try another model.”The problem is that the face in the reference image is not a real human face. It was generated by AI using Seedance 2.0, and it does not represent any real person, celebrity, public figure, or private individual.It seems that Firefly is incorrectly detecting the AI-generated face as a real human face and blocking the video generation. The same type of AI-generated reference works in other platforms using Seedance 2.0, so the issue seems to be related to Firefly’s content detection or moderation system.Could you please check this false positive? I would like to understand why an AI-generated fictional face is being blocked as if it were a real person, and whether there is a way to use AI

 Is Firefly Creative Production "Crop Images" working? Job log status keep saying “Processing”...

Firefly is copletely blocked...from hours, doesn’t generete any imagine, doesn’t download the generation history. Telephones for assistance don’t work!!! What is happening?? I’ve paid my monthly account...

Hi folks - I'm composing a digital symphony that's based on a story about a hare and a fox. Trouble is, I haven't really story boarded the action - all I have are a set of very nice starting ChatGPT still images, and just the first (of three) movements composed. . The whole thing will be about 25 mins in length - would the basic sub model be enough for me? I have no idea how quickly I’d use up my credits for a video of this length. And can I/should I do the video in smaller sections? And I don’t plan  to do this frequently….Thx for advice !!!

Title pretty much explains it. I have tried created several videos from a firefly generated image of a woman in a meditation pose and the video is simply to have her breathe in and bring her arms up over her head, palms together, and then exhale and bring her arms down to her chest. Keep getting this error for months but dont have enough time to keep messing with it. Ive tried other simple videos of other things and get this message or the message that the firefly image does not meet community standards. 

Hello, I am submitting a bug report to request a refund for my credits. When I tried to create a new item, the system showed an error message and the creation failed. However, the credits were still deducted from my account. Could you please investigate this bug and restore my credits? Thank you.

Some time ago, I subscribed to Adobe Firefly Pro Plus for 27,45 € monthly for the first year. 9 days ago, I cancelled the subscription, but soon after, I restarted it for the same price.  Strangely, I have not received a new e-mail confirming my re-subscription for the old price. If I start the web application for Firefly, I still have 10.000 monthly credits and it says “next invoice on August 1st” - however, I seem to not have received an invoice for July 1st. Also, under my subscriptions, it doesn’t show any subscription right now.  I’m a bit irritated as Firefly seems to work just fine, just like before, with 10k credits available and most of the image models generating for 0 credits up to 2K quality.  Would be awesome if support could help me with this! Best,Alex

Subo una imagen de referencia pero no la toma en cuenta, solo trabaja con la indicación que le doy sin la referencia, ya lo hice tres veces y solo me consume créditos. Previamente sí me dejó generar con referencias  Saludos 

I’m specifically saying in the prompt to not animate the image/product other than a camera zooming pan yet it continues to waste hundreds of my credits animating what should be a still product.

Discover how." Two times it generated identical video and took credits.

I tried to upload a PDF to Firefly Boards, and it's not possible... Did I miss something?

I paid for the subscription that included 700 credits and 5 free video generations.  The system produced 2 videos that were not at all what was commanded and that used all my credits. Also now the system isnt issuing or letting me use my 5 free generations

I was working just fine in Firefly boards two days ago, being able to edit my text to image results and add reference images directly from the board, without having to leave the board, and now I get this new interface. First, the Edit feature shows the Firefly logo. It wasn’t there before.Then it takes me to a separate window. I can no longer pick up reference images directly from the board. If I want to add more reference images, I can only select from images saved to my computer. Being able to select them directly from the board was very efficient and time-saving. Now it’s gone.In addition, I am getting this error below when trying to select a different model other than FireFly 5, to make edits with.  I have the Standard CC plan, plus Firefly Creative Production. I’m on a MacBook Pro M4 using Tahoe 26.5. 

tried to use veo 3 to generate text to video with first frame reference but generation failed and still charged me 200 credits

Not really a bug, but I dont know what else to put it under. Firefly ignores most of my prompt and gives me simple low quality images that dont even make sense. I describe what I want with great detail and its frustrating that it ignores what I want and gives me random stuff. I heard great things about Firefly but so far it has beyond disappointing.

mispellings are common in Gemini 2.5 Nano Banana, almost every image, even when I tell it to check spelling.

No puedo generar vídeos con la licencia pro de 10.000 crédtios, me da continuamente error

je reçois le message “something went wrong” dès que j’essaie de modifier une image dans un Board, et ce quelque soit le modèle d’IA que je sélectionne, quelque soit la longueur du prompt. Rien ne fonctionne. cela va faire une semaine que je suis avec ce problème. le service technique devait me recontacter j’ai fourni images, prompts et captures d’écran. j’espère que mon crédit actuel de 4035 crédits sera reporté.merci beaucoup

i want my credit back. you don’t deliver alpha channels with any consistency. it’s theft. like a class action kind of thing.

its not working as of July 1, 2026

I click generate image after entering my promts, it deducts my credits immediately, thinks for a few moments, then all of a sudden takes me back to the home screen. No image and deducted credits. Has happened multiple times now

I am creating videos and sometimes each generation consumes hundreds of credits. Firefly consumes the credits even if the generation is failing. Obtaining money for an output that did not happen is deceiving and unethical. There should be a way to report generations with errors and a system in place to check that the output did not exists, thus return the credits to the user.
