I tried to use the bulk option to remove the background from images. Instead of getting a transparent background, I got the exact same pics and the background was exactly the same.

I am trying to generate voice on firefly… it charges me credits (I have 7000+) but does not generate and says contact support. I am not generating video.

I'm an same issue using Kling 3.0. I've tried multiple times across multiple days and no luck. I don’t want to be forced to use my credits differently. Is there a fix?

firefly failed to create an image, but still uses the credits

Aleph was told to zoom in from a plot map onto 3 buildings on the map;Aleph drew Mrs. Claus with Santa’s head;asked Aleph to correct just that one detail;Aleph reproduced THE SAME VIDEO three times;I WAS CHARGED 400 CREDITS FOR EACH COPY??

Adobe Firefly image-to-video keeps adding a slight push-in or pan even when the prompt explicitly says no zoom, no pan, no tilt, no dolly, and unchanged composition. I am trying to animate only tiny local details in a still image for seamless looping, but the model keeps introducing camera drift. Please add a true locked-camera mode so only requested local motion is generated and the framing remains identical throughout the clip.

Firefly is not clicking or going forwards, the use is broken

My video is not getting generated, please fix this bag quickly otherwise I am taking back my free trial, cancel my free trial.

I press on the duration button. However, it doesn’t give the option to change the slider: sometimes. Definitely hit and miss. This vid caught Kling not co operating.CheersNate

Hello, my adobe firefly get a bug. i try to generate an image but i can't do anything, it's not working. Can someone help please ? Thx

it's incredibly frustrating. The generation took a long time, but in the end it failed to complete the task. It ended up being a complete waste of credits.I really hope Adobe can investigate this issue and refund the credits for failed generations. Users shouldn't lose credits when the system isn't able to finish the job.

I have chosen Spanish (Latin America) and yet, when I generate, it’s still in English. i need a spanish voice and a spanish translation.

I asked for a video, but firefly just created stills.

I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Firefly Video Generation on my Creative Cloud Pro for Teams subscription. My account has Creative Cloud Pro assigned, and I have 4,000 premium generative AI credits available. I am also the administrator for our Adobe Teams organization.Previously, I was able to generate videos successfully using the same subscription. However, I am now unable to generate any videos. After entering a prompt and clicking Generate, I immediately receive the following error message:"You don't have access to this feature."Additional details:Subscription: Creative Cloud Pro for Teams Organization Location: India Text to Image: Working correctly Video Generation: Fails immediately after clicking Generate for every prompt Premium Credits: Available Issue: Started recently; the feature worked previously with the same planCould you please verify whether my account and organization have the correct Firefly Video entitlement and confirm if there are any licensing or backend is

If I'm paying 400 credits to create a video of 8 seconds, when I input a reference image and specify in the prompt: IMPORTANT: DO NOT CHANGE THE REFERENCE IMAGE IN ANY WAY-KEEP THE TEXT, COLOR, PROPORTIONS., I expect the AI to not change the look of the product. As it is, I spent 800 credits on video footage I can't use, because the product doesn't look exactly like the product I sell! Can you refund my credits please?Uncle Harry’s Miracle Mouthwash 8 fl oz
