just very poor results, blurry, ugly, bad quality and strange looking. Annoyingly, I have eaten up a few thousand of my credits today just trying to get a good result. Terribly slow, glitchy, fails, errors etc. 

J'ai voulu générer deux vidéos, ça n'a pas abouti. Au final j'ai perdu 480 crédit en deux minutes. ! Vraiment pas content de vos services, ni de Firefly ! C'est de l'arnaque !

Gerei um video no firefly e veio errado. especifiquei que a logomarca na camiseta preta do homem teria que ser como descrito no prompt e anexado nas referencias, mesmo assim veio errado e consumiu 400 creditos. segue anexo print da tela do video por favor aguardo retorno.

Al probar de imagen a video para comprobar la calidad me dió 3 veces error y ya me decía que tenía que pagar?? es una broma?? he probado muchas plataformas de video de IA pero esta me parece una tomadura de pelo! y luego quieren que la gente pague, por qué? por aire? será por plataformas de video que las hay a millones y mejores que esta basura

I ask FIREFLY:“make the image to look better, with more vibrant colors, less pixelated, more gloss!”but it constantly give me this error message: “Prompt declined: One or more words may not meet User Guidelines. Try changing your prompt.”Even if I change some words or refresh my page or change browser from Safari to Chrome the problem persist Thanks Tristan[PII removed by moderator] 

When I try to generate content (any content) with Firefly, it says "Something went wrong, please try again later". I have over 7000 credits left and issue has been occurring several days.

Plus les fonctionnalité apparaissent plus il y a des bug. Je n’en ai jamais eu autant depuis la mise en place de firefly. Au début tout fonctionnai très bien pourtant. La manipulation est celle -ci dans la fonctionnalité du texte à l'image les images chargées n'apparaissent pas et les boutons dans les effets quand ils sont sélectionnés ne le sont pas et n'apparaissent pas dans les caractéristiques de prompt. Du coup on  ne voit pas ce que l’on fait et la génération n’est pas celle souhaitée

Many times I want to re-use a previously generated image but I find no way to find it

bonjour,je viens de relancer ma session de firefly et je m’aperçois que les vidéos générées hier ou avant-hier ne sont plus sur l’interface

Bonjour,Tout d’abord je veux dire que j’ai eu de l’aide su support qui a considérer ma demande, sauf qu’au problème que je vais évoquer il a couper lui-même la connexion comme il avait la main sur mon ordinateur… Il a perdu son sang froid !Donc dans la Génération de Vidéos Firefly, par exemple je sélectionne Kling Omni et je crée une première vidéo. Elle me satisfait et je clique sur “2ème plan”, le bouton “Générer” est gris et non bleu. Je saisis mon second prompt et là impossible de générer la deuxième vidéo. Au niveau du bouton “générer” il me dit “un de vos prompts est trop long”. Ca ne m’aide pas vraiment… Le Support Technique l’a vu et il me dit que je dois utiliser un autre moteur. Bien entendu ça ne sert à rien.Adobe, pouvez-vous réparer cela s’il vous plaît ?Merci !  

I’m generating a video using Kling 3.0, but after clicking the Generate button, it has been stuck for the last 20 minutes and still hasn’t produced a single video. It only keeps showing the message: “Generating video...”

Trying to generate video through Firefly of spinning globe (https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/video?sdid=TKZTL5V8). Multiple times asked it to do a full rotation of globe so seamless loop. Just ignored and charged credits every time I asked again!ignores request to rotate object 100% (so video loops). Charged credits every time asked.

I cannot create videos with using model Ray 3.14 when using first and last frame since yesterday. Is this problem global or only I’m having this issue ? ​@Adobe Administration  

Os videos que solicitei não possuíam áudio, apesar de estar no prompt

We recently had older adults and kiddos that we serve create outfits for paper doll rabbits (i know it sounds a bit silly but it’s super fun).  With the first batch i was able to create videos of the rabbits walking the red carpet so people could vote for their favs.  The first videos went well - some tiny outfit changes occured (we lost a couple of hats) but in general the bunnies were kept the same.  Now that I’ve loaded in some more bunnies, Firefly keeps changing their appearance significantly.  This spoils the fun of the project.  It’s not allowing the original creations to be seen.  I’ve told it to not change the appearance of the rabbits, but it is completely ignoring me.  I’ve spent like 3000 credits and am running out.  Any ideas on how i can phrase/edit to make this to work?   The kiddos will be out of school soon, so the clock is ticking for me.  

I’m having a problem with image generation. Every time I try to generate an image using the GPT Image 2 model or another , I get the error: “An error occurred. Please try again later.” This happens consistently — I cannot generate any images with this model at all. At the same time, Firefly works without any issues. I have available credits, so it doesn’t seem to be a limit problem. Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or with this model?

Não estou conseguindo gerar imagens em nenhuma IA. O sistema fica carregando, consome meus créditos e, no final, apresenta erro sem gerar a imagem.

I buy credits. I should be able to get refunded when Firefly gets it really wrong. I asked it to turn an image into a pen and ink drawing in grayscale. It's a historic photo of a local man holding a cigar. In one image, Firefly gave him a mustache. In other tries, it removed the cigar. When I told it to preserve the cigar, it did but added a second, unlit cigar in the same hand!! I burned through a lot of credits and never got what I wanted. 

Dumb programming, making it harder than it should be. 

I have attempted to create a video with a specific book cover to create a ‘video trailer,’ however, the book cover image as I suggest never appears and some wild non-english characters seems to fill image - rather than the real book cover. How do I change this?

Hi! I get an error every time I try to generate an image in Adobe Firefly. The prompt is fine, no policy violations. I've tried refreshing, logging out and back in, and using a different browser — nothing helps. The error appears right after clicking Generate.
