after using 3 out of my 5 credits the generator told me i was out. this issue is too common for a platform that is as big as adobe. i wish to have my credits refunded as soon as possible or for some resolution to be made. it is not fair nor right and you should be reported for fraudulent claims.

When I’m trying to generate an image (particularly when I’m editing one I already generated), Firefly gets hung up. It runs for a while and then fails - no image. This is happening pretty regularly.I’m on a macbook pro. I used Safari and Firefox with the same problem on both. I emptied the cache, reloaded the page, signed in and out. Nothing worked. I had to wait a while and it eventually corrected itself.

Hello, I’m currently subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud, but when I try to use audio generation in Adobe Firefly, I receive a message saying “You don’t have access to Firefly. Please contact your administrator to request access.”Could you please let me know why this is happening and how I can enable access?

Hi! I'm trying to create images with Firefly for sale on Adobe Stock, but they're getting rejected for poor quality. They're actually 72 dpi images, but I see other sellers selling high-quality AI-generated images. How can I create high-quality images (300 dpi) with Firefly so they'll be accepted for sale on Adobe Stock? Thanks so much for your help!

I am trying to generate an image of a Florida manatee and classical conditioning. No matter how I word it, or what I type in (including specifying that I want it in English!), it is only generating in foreign languages and I cannot figure out how to fix this issue. It is wasting all of my free generations first of all, and second of all, I am in need of an image for a project, and Google did not have any, so I was relying on Adobe to help. If this issue cannot be amended, I will not only not purchase an upgraded version, I will delete what I do have as well. 

bonjour , la fonction  "augmentation de la résolution" ne fonctionne pas , elle a mouliné toute la nuit et ce matin  ( donc environ 20 heures ) et suite à l'annulation,  pres de 512 credits ont été effacés . . attente de 20 heures pour l’augmentation de la resolution avant annulation de la génération  

Previously generated high-resolution images in my Firefly history have been permanently downgraded and download at low resolution. I am requesting restoration or credit compensation.

Even after multiple adjustments and refinements — in some cases involving dozens of attempts — the system continues to demonstrate inconsistency in interpreting instructions, generating content that is out of context, incoherent, and at times absurd in relation to what was requested.Furthermore, the overall quality of the generated content has proven to be questionable, especially considering that this is a paid service. I have uploaded an avatar of a woman I created in Photoshop. In Firefly, the uploaded image is only partially correct in the completed video. It has kept the clothing (more or less) but has completely changed the face of the person. How can I use the exact image I uploaded? The other thing is that the movement prompts for left to right don't work. If I ask Firefly to have the character walk from one side of the screen to another, I only ever get a face-on shot. Is this just a limitation of the program or are there best practices for prompts to get the desired results?
