I described an Ig=mage that I wanted  to generate . The image was great and I wanted to add two scuba divers that were the same scale as the other figures in the image as if they were actually y part of it. I tried three times with out success  This was my last instruction and I attach the image. “add two scuba divers one with a lamp and the other with the a camera they should both be swimming around the deck of the wreck and be of a similar size of the other human figure around the deck make sure there is a small stream of bubbles coming for the breathing regulators  of each diver. make them seem part of the image not just stuck on as an after thought. The divers are still too big half the size should be good. firefly does not allow me to input a 160 word prompt

Firefly text to speech, the scroll right arrow at the bottom right of the screen is blocking my ability to download.

What rights do you have with an Adobe Firefly subscription? I wonder if I have permission to create sound effects in Adobe Firefly AI sound effect generator, such as thunder or birdsong, and use it in my music that I create myself in Cubase and later publish the music on Spotify?

I tried to generate a video and it seems to be working on it. A long time later, it still seems to be working on it, so I cancel the job. It still took my credit.How long am I suppose to wait before canceling the job?How can I claim the credit back?

Hello,I’m writing to formally raise an issue with Adobe Firefly.Firefly is repeatedly consuming my credits, then returning a “Something went wrong” error with no image generated. The credits are still deducted despite the process failing. This has happened multiple times now.To be blunt, this feels borderline unacceptable. I’m effectively being charged for outputs that don’t exist, with no warning, rollback, or recovery mechanism in place. From a user perspective, that’s not a minor bug — it’s a billing and trust issue.I’m unhappy with this experience and would like the credits that were consumed during these failed generations to be reimbursed as soon as possible. I’d also appreciate clarity on whether this is a known issue and what’s being done to prevent it from continuing.Please contact me ASAP to resolve this. Have a export frame option. This allow the last frame to be a reference image for a new generation, enabling the user to a extend clip beyond 5sec and continue creative process.

I've been trying to find a definitive answer to this but I can’t so I’m hoping someone here might know.When creating content through Adobe Firefly using Veo 3, I have the option for 1080p. My question is if this is native 1080p or upscaled 720p?Thanks,-Richard

The results had zero to do with neither the prompts nor the reference images. I want to delete these useless results, but I can’t.

Hello, i use Firefly adobe.I need to keep the main image upfront while I have other images  which fill in the background one by one.I have pics alreadyAI told me to choose main image as subjectwhere is the subject?ThanksAlex 

I click on Generate Speech and it takes me to a page that has the firefly logo in the upper left part of the screen, and my profile icon on the upper right and then just a bunch of white.  Nothing else on the screen

my generations that i just made say they cannot be opened. I would like the credits refunded. 

 Image generation is extremely slow. Won't let me select or de-select any options when trying to create an image.

This is my first time using Firefly or any of the “credits” we get for our subscription.How long does it usually take for you to receive your final results from a batch project, and where can you check the status of it?I used the auto-crop function in firefly to take 75 photos (it’s misc tech and comic stuff against a black backdrop that I have photos of to sell on Ebay).When i submitted it said it would let me know when it’s finished. I’m still waiting, and can’t any status on any of the pages. I thought maybe the job didn’t go through but I checked my credits usage and it’s showing over almost half of my credits are used, and this is my first time ever using them so it has to be from this job.Could someone help me figure out where job status is, or tell me if it usually takes this long? With this time frame I would have been better off setting up an action in photoshop and doing it that way if I had known it wasn’t going to be quick.

Hello everyone. I see myself as someone who is new to the site. I haven't been here for a long time, but I pay every month. I would like to have 1000 more credits, but right now I see 0. I decided to give Firefly another try today after pausing it for six months due to repeated frustrating experiences in the past.I entered a completely standard prompt for a music logo. Nothing controversial, nothing unusual. The kind of prompt that produces solid results in virtually any other image generation tool.Firefly responded with a monkey graphic and the message “Prompt declined.”At this point, I am honestly done. The constant prompt rejections are frustrating enough. The tone of the decline screen feels dismissive rather than helpful. And the fact that this is a paid service makes it even harder to justify.Adobe, this is simply not acceptable. Users need transparency, consistency, and professional feedback when a prompt is declined. Right now, it feels unreliable and, frankly, embarrassing for a product at this price point.I wanted to like Firefly. Trying out firefly, it almost never creates what the prompt is and especially bad when prompting video.Why then do our “credits” get charged even though the product received is nothing like what we asked and almost all of the time is broken.Any other time if we make a purchase the receive the wrong product that is broken there is a refund and or exchange since companies are legally obligated to do so with defective products. So, Adobe. How do I get my refund?
