I have the issue, all downloaded board images have 1-2px transparent border or a black border. A lot of manual work after is needed. Those borders were not part of the prompt and it just happens on boards.

On 5-17, I started to create a video using the wrong video creation model. I hit cancel immediately right as it started to create and the creation was cancelled however the credits for the video creation were deducted from my credit balance anyway. Shouldn’t those credits have been returned to me since the creation was cancelled right away? This error cost me 1375 credits.

Several times I've wanted to have a surreal landscape MADE OUT OF the objects I'm talking about.  There could be a way a user can say make mountains OUT OF mashed potatoes rather than mashed potatoes in the shape of a mountain.  Perhaps there is something in the works or already a way to achieve this (the closest I can get is uploading a training image).  But it should be easier! For example. Search Adobe Stock for Croissants.  Text Prompt: A stegosaurus made out of croissants.  Use the texture in the Adobe Stock image as the texture for whatever is generated.  (I am sure its much more complicated than that!)  I'll share a failed prompt that I worked on - with reference images - and I couldn't get the image I wanted.)  Thanks C

When I am using ai image generator, the image will pop up for one second and then it's gone. It uses my credits and then it's nowhere to be found. Are they going somewhere that I am missing? It goes back to the text where you explain the image you want . 

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with Adobe Firefly Image-to-Video where my uploaded vintage personal photos are being blocked with the message:“We can't process this prompt because the reference image doesn't meet our User Guidelines.”The images are harmless family/archive photos with no inappropriate or unsafe content. I’ve already tried converting files to JPG, renaming files, cropping, removing metadata, simplifying prompts, and testing different browsers, but the issue continues.What’s confusing is that the same images work fine on other AI animation platforms. I’m wondering if this may be a false-positive moderation issue with older scanned photographs or archival images.Has anyone else experienced this?

When I requested a .png file from the creation, the download had a checkered background that was not pransparent.

Why, Where did my picture go? I exited firefly after asking it to “SURPRISE ME”. I even chose the 6th Variation. I exited it The Program, firefly and no picture..  

Example: prompted to remove facial hair, Firefly turned a black man into a white man, multiple times. And this has occurred multiple times with different images. See attachments, just one example. First shot shows original, other shots are the results from prompting Firefly to remove facial hair. In frustration I even prompted, “please don’t change the man’s skin color!” Didn’t work

 I have tried this, had some issues like not able to know exactly who the public figure or famous personalities. I asked to make a picture of him. It generates some random people who doesn't have any close matching identities with the real one. It is unable to identify whether it is name, or place.

Suggests to connect the program to the database of some browser because the program does not understand proper names for example: lamborgini, elon musk

HI It would be great if prompts could be carried over XMP or XML so that they could be automated. IM particularly hoping to do this for performance marketing.
