Hello, The Adobe Firefly app keeps telling me I'm running out of credits, even though I hardly ever use it. When I need to use it, I can't, even though I haven't spent any credits anywhere.
I don't understand where my credits are disappearing to.

Thanks for writing in. Nano Banana is a Premium feature that needs more credit to use. Please know that Premium features are accessible through Adobe Firefly plans, credit plans, and select Creative Cloud plans like Creative Cloud Pro. You must be on a plan that includes premium feature access to use your credits on them.
