This usually happens in one of these two situations:
- The generation you are attempting will consume more credits than you have left. Some video generations can consume thousands of credits.
- The plan you have only provides for Standard Firefly features and not Premium Firefly features.
With the following information, we can tell you if one of these reasons is the cause:
• A screen shot of the whole browser where it is telling you that you do not have enough credits.
• Please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
