Is Adobe Firefly the same as Creative Cloud?

Is Adobe Firefly the same as Creative Cloud? I am having trouble downloading Creative Cloud. I tried to download it, and it came up as Adobe Firefly. When I try to download CC, it will not “Open File”. I click on it, and it will not open it.

Adobe Firefly is Adobe’s A.I. model. It works primarily online.

Adobe Creative Cloud is the suite of apps for creative work.

What you downloaded was probably the Creative Cloud app, which is the hub to install that suite of apps.

Could you perhaps tell us details about your system and hardware, what exactly you downloaded and from where?
