Is Firefly 3 (preview) considered Beta

I am a new paid Firefly user and a beginner. I am cofused whether I can use a Firefly 3 (preview) created image as part of a print ad in a local newspaper for a civic group event. The image has no visible "Beta" label. Is term "Preview" equivalent to "Beta"? Thank you in advance for your response.

@Kim38690423t4bw No Firefly 3 is not considered Beta. Photoshop Beta is considered beta and AI generated using that software is labeled as such. Also Firefly 3 is out of Preview so enjoy!

The results of firefly (preview) are better than firefly image 3. This is very disappointing. Not sure how to get back to those amazing days.
