Is that really true that Adobe Firefly Pro consists of two more programs for free

Dear Adobe CommunityI have the subscription of Adobe Firefly Standard with 2000 Credits a month (ca. 11 EUR)I just want to change the subscription to Adobe Firefly Pro with 4000 Credits a month. It costs 22,18 EUR. In this package there are also a full version of the web version of Photoshop and also an access to Adobe Epresse Premium (Is Adobe Express Premium also a web version?).Is Firefly Pro just accessible over a mobile App or is there also a web version of Adobe Firefly Pro with 4000 Credits a month.Do the Web version of Photoshop and Adobe Express Premium also use togehter with the Firefly Pro the  4000 Credits a month Please help me to solve my questions! In the attachment there are the descriptions of the firefly standard and pro and the payment

Adobe Firefly is available for mobile and web version: yes.
Adobe Express is available for mobile and web version: yes.
Photoshop: mobile you get a watered down version good for quick edits when you are on the go. Photoshop web gives you have many more options and capabilities: yes.

Make sure to give a look at Fonts, Adobe Colour, and so on 😄

The credits are interconnected. Meaning each app deducts accordingly.
