Is there a way to buy additional Generative Credits without starting another monthly plan?

It’s a pretty crappy business model. You can’t buy credits as needed, you're locked into a monthly subscription whether you need credits or not. Unused credits don’t accumulate or roll over, even though you paid for them. Where else is that acceptable? This is bare -faced banditry from a company more interested in profit than service. Shame.

To be fair, it would be great to have the option to buy extra credits, especially when your plan is about to roll over.
 

Yeah Bro, good call!  I just want credits, buy as you need, not this add on subscription stuff, no wonder you guys are getting flak for over inflating you prices. 400 a generation and we can thumb down all we like but still get charged for constant generations that don’t follow our prompts over and over again. You need to refund half if the quality isn't there!

Thank you for opening this thread. I am still very confused about this. I am already paying for a monthly plan, I just want more credits. If I purchase a whole new monthly plan, will I be paying for two plans moving forward? or will I just add one ‘extra payment’?

Thanks for the reply.  I’ve gone through the link and I still don’t quite understand how all this works.  In the FAQ’s section there is mention of “Generative Credit Add On Plans” but when I click on it, it just takes me to the monthly plans (which confirms your answer I guess:  the only way to get more credits is to buy another monthly plan).  It’s all too complicated (and expensive for me) unfortunately.  I’d like to keep it and play around with it more but the credits are eaten up too quickly by generations that are no where near what the prompts asked for and by the time I get it close to what I wanted to generate, I’ve used 10,000 credits.  I’m bailing on it for now and hopefully Adobe will iron out the generation “mistakes”  and/or come up with plans that are easier to understand and/or a way to just buy Generative Credits without having to constantly choose compound monthly plans.  Anyway… thanks again for taking time to reply.
