Is there an issue with the AI points balance?

Yesterday, I had a lot of trouble logging in and using Firefly. Just now, when I accessed it, I noticed that my points had changed from over 300 to over 3,000. Additionally, when using the general 4 model, the points aren't being deducted, which makes it impossible for me to know my actual remaining balance."

Thank you for your message. 

What plans are you subscribed to? (If you are not sure, you can go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).)

 

If you have a plan that includes Firefly premium features, then non-premium features (such as text to image and generative fill) no longer deduct credits.

"I have subscribed to the full Adobe Creative Cloud plan, but normally I only get up to 1000 credits per month. A couple of days ago, I couldn’t connect to Firefly, and after reopening it, my remaining credits suddenly showed as 3301/4000. That’s 3000 more credits than usual."
