Is Veo 3.1 1080p resolution in Adobe Firefly native or upscaled?

I've been trying to find a definitive answer to this but I can’t so I’m hoping someone here might know.

When creating content through Adobe Firefly using Veo 3, I have the option for 1080p. My question is if this is native 1080p or upscaled 720p?
