issue with generating videos and deduction of credits

the videos  are not generating however daily free generation are deducted, it's 3rd day in a raw that that's happening

This behaviour has been caused by interference from browser extensions in the past (such as ad blockers). Can you try in private browsing/incognito mode or in another browser as a test?

I have noticed this w 3rd party models as well.
Could you tell us which model you are using? Have you tried a different broswer as mentioned above?

 I have had to take a look in my Creative Cloud app to see if the image/ voice/ video has been generated before pressing “Generate” again to conserve credits.


Could you have a look in your Creative Cloud App and see if the image/video is hiding there?

>>Press generate: ONLY ONCE<<. If the generation is taking forever or not generating, check your CC App.
 

How to reliably download your files
