Issue with subscription
Some time ago, I subscribed to Adobe Firefly Pro Plus for 27,45 € monthly for the first year.
9 days ago, I cancelled the subscription, but soon after, I restarted it for the same price.
Strangely, I have not received a new e-mail confirming my re-subscription for the old price. If I start the web application for Firefly, I still have 10.000 monthly credits and it says “next invoice on August 1st” - however, I seem to not have received an invoice for July 1st. Also, under my subscriptions, it doesn’t show any subscription right now.
I’m a bit irritated as Firefly seems to work just fine, just like before, with 10k credits available and most of the image models generating for 0 credits up to 2K quality.
Would be awesome if support could help me with this!
