I understand how frustrating it can be when the video doesn't turn out as expected and credits are deducted.

In Firefly, credits are deducted as soon as you hit Generate. If the generation fails due to an error, those credits should automatically be returned to your balance. If your generation was successful, we cannot reimburse credits.
