It does not use the picture I gave it for my first frame

It creates a picture from scratch that does not look like me at all.

Hi @nw316,

In your screen shot, it looks like the reference image was not uploaded. There is currently a problem with uploading reference images in Firefox. Are you using Firefox?  If so, try another browser.

Hey @nw316

I noticed in your prompt you typed: "trial". This prompt is vague.
When you load an image into the ref image, then you may want to guide Firefly on the video outcome.

Example Prompt
"Man looking out the window puts his hand on the window."

For example, I have a cute beatroot character.
Prompt: cute beatroot character dancing, static camera.

I had another screenshot but Firefly is denying permission to upload it for some reason... but it showed how I could upload a reference video for composition but again the model didn't match any of the reference scene - just generated a completely different scene with different characters.

Whatever model I choose be it Firefly or partner models, the first frame images don't upload and there's no access to last frame loading.  It didn't seem it was like this for me a month ago when I first started trying it out.  Thanks!

Hey @nw316

Could you provide a few screenshots as to what is happening?
are you using Firefly boards or Firefly to create an image/ video?

Are you unable to load images from your device after you downloaded an image?

Thanx for the info here.  I say a prompt when I first logged in to choose between the models of Firefly but can't figure out how to get there and change things afterwards.  Frustrating as none of the models I choose load the image selected from my device.  It just runs it's own whatever....

Hey @46868509

This is very frustrating for certain. I struggled to get an image to work as well.

Firefly image generator struggles with keepin the same image.

Firefly boards does tend to give consistent results (until it doesn't). When it doesn't, start over. Clear your generation history as well, it helps.

**Really important**
Clean crisp images work well.

Back to the Boards
I find using Firefly model 3 or 4 work well.
Load up a composition reference (slider high).
Load a style reference: adjust the slider to medium or so.

Consider using the sampler tool as well.
