it doesnt let me generate a video and i just subscribed

When you purchase a plan, you get a 7‑day trial period. During the trial, you have a limited number of generations available for both Standard and Premium features. Once those are consumed, you’ll see a message prompting you to purchase credits.

To make sur whether this is your case, please provide us with the following:

• A screenshot of your account menu: can be found under your avatar icon in the top-right corner of the page (make sure to hide any personal info like your email address) 
• A full screenshot of the message you receive when you try to generate content
