Thanks defaulta06katz2zhlg for sharing the recording, it was very helpful!

So mainly the issue here is related to UI/UX functionality in Firefly Boards, specifically object selection and contextual menu rendering.

To help us narrow this down, I’ve shared a test board with you, allowing edits: https://firefly.adobe.com/boards/id/urn:aaid:sc:US:b55dc594-d214-51d1-8262-8f1b1e900cc1?invite=true&accept=true

Could you please open it in your current browser and try selecting the image? If the options bar still doesn’t appear, that points to a browser compatibility issue. In that case, please also try opening the same board in another browser and let us know if the behavior is different.

Let us know how it went.

I think I have found the problem and have attached a screen recording.  I have to click on an individual moodboard element to bring up the export menu, and then I can only export that element. I can select all of the moodboard images and text and I also get the three dot export menu. But when I export from this only 2 of the 5 elements were turned into a pdf. Not very useful and not at all intuitive.  Why can’t I export the whole moodboard as a pdf, which would seem the obvious thing to want to do.  So that makes moodboards unuseable for me in its present form.

Unfortunately the link is not working. I’ve tried Chrome and Safari browsers.

I have attached a video of what I see when I go into an artboard and look for the 3 dot menu.

    Hi defaulta06katz2zhlg,

    Thank you for writing in!

The option to export an image or an artboard to PDF is already available, and I’ve uploaded a short recording to show you how to do it step by step.

I hope this helps streamline your workflow ✨

I do not get the 3 dot menu you show in the video. I have attached a screenshot. There is no-where I can export a pdf from…  When I select view in moodboard from Lightroom it takes me to a webbrowser view of the moodboard, is this correct?

Upon selecting an image or an artboard, the three‑dot menu (More options) should appear. This includes adjustment tools to refine the added image, reposition it as desired, and export it.

If you’re not able to see the More options menu, please re‑attach the screenshot or upload a short recording showing what you see on your end.

We’d also like to know which Adobe Plan you’re subscribed to. Once we have these details, we can look further into the issue.
