J’ai encore du credit et qd je lance une generation video on me dis ralentir est rien est lancer je comprend pas

quand je veux lancer une génération vidéo, un message d’erreur s’affiche me disant qu’il faut ralentir et réessayer ultérieurement alors que j’ai encore du crédit, je ne comprends pas, cela fait plusieurs heures que je suis bloqué
