I was generating Kling Omni in Firefly. All of the sudden it is now missing and the only available model is firefly video. I tried different browsers and no use

      Sorry that you are encountering this issue.
      Are you using a enterprise account by chance? or school account? 
      Did you log into a different account: from personal to work?

       Could you try logging in and out of your Creative Cloud app?  

      Tag me is the suggestions didn’t work.
