Latence extrême du service

Bonjour,
j'ai une latence de 4 à 5 secondes en tapant dans la zone de prompt. Mes collègues sur le même réseau n'ont aucun problème de latence. Serait-ce associé à l'adresse email de mon compte entreprise ?
Avez-vous des soucis de serveurs impactant certains utilisateurs ?

Thank you for your message. 

 

We need to go through a process of elimination to find the problem. This kind of problem is not likely to be related to your specific account.

 

Can you try using another browser on that computer and see if it has the problem?  If so, the problem might be related to a plug-in. I would recommend turning off all extensions and see if the problem still exists. If not, the re-enable them one by one until you find the one causing the problem.

 

If none of that finds the problem, try using a different computer on that network, and see if it has the problem. If it does not, there could be performance issues on your computer or it could be interference from security software.

This does occur occassionally.
Things that I have done: 
- Refresh the page

- My old standby (turn off and on my computer)
- open a new tab and start fresh

Sometimes it simply happens. Servers or something is not quite right.
