Dear Authorized,
We are a licensed adobe user. We design POD products through Printfy with our brand. We then offer these products for sale through our shops on Amazon and Etsy. We would like to know if using the designs we created using Adobe Firefly and Photoshop on POD products creates any license violations. We kindly ask you to provide information in order not to encounter tangential fees later.

Correct answer @mj

Hi @32897909,

Check this out: https://helpx.adobe.com/firefly/faq.html#using-firefly

From that link:

Can I use Firefly generated outputs commercially?

In general, outputs from generative AI features may be used commercially. However, if Adobe designates in the product or elsewhere that a beta version of a generative AI feature cannot be used commercially, then the generated outputs from that beta feature are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially.

You may want to get a comprehensive answer from Adobe to make doubly-sure.
