Lipsync advice needed - image to video

Lipsync advice needed. I have an image with a main character, I have the audio track of his voice. I am a bit confused as which option/process to use to create a video of my character saying the words. Bonus if the flame of the torch in the background is moving as well. Thanks for sharing your experience

    Currently we do not support speech generation from custom voices with text. It is in research but not in production yet.
