llevo 3 dias sin poder generar videos. marca error. arreglen su video generativo

ninguno de sus modelos de video generativo funciona, no importa que imagen o prompt se les de. se pierden dias de trabajo sin poder usar su herramienta y no tiene forma de reportarlo directamente.

      To get a clearer picture, could you share a screenshot of your generative credit count from your Account menu (under your profile avatar in the upper‑right corner)? Just make sure any personal details like your email are hidden before posting.
       

      Once we have that, we can take a closer look together.

        Hello Hajar, here is the screenshot. I have 3500 credits. I’ve tried different gen video models, different images and prompts (nothing rude that should be banned),  and it keep showing a message that says It’s unable to process my video (in other terms). This is not the first time it has happened.
