I upload the same photo (chrome finish, transparent background) here and wrote the same promt here and to Chat GPT. The result here is horrable, the result GPT is perfect. Why my credits were taken when the work was not done?

In text to image, it is not possible to keep a transparent background. It re-renders the image and does not have the capability to make a transparent image. You can take it into Image Edit and remove the background or use the AI Assistant to remove the background.

This is not possible in Firefly, which is why I canceled my subscription.

This app does whatever it wants, using my credits without asking for my consent—or, at the very least, my opinion. ChatGPT, on the other hand, did exactly what I asked it to do, the prove attached.
