Lost Access to Firefly Beta Features (Elements)

I was able to access and use Firefly Beta features; got the pop up asking to switch to the beta when I opened the page and selected “Generate Video.” Left for a couple hours (closed the window) and returned, and now can’t access the beta. I’ve signed out of and back into Creative Cloud, emptied browser caches. Still can’t get the beta opt-in.

I can see the Element I created in the Files, but can’t create new ones.

Signed into CC and have plenty of credits. Using Safari, Version 26.3.

Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.

Hi, N8.!

Movie attached, though it’s hard to show something not happening, ha. Previously, I was getting the prompt to access the new features as well as the toggle for Beta, but they vanished in between sessions, less than a half hour apart.

Could you also try using a different browser: Chrome incognito tends to be stable.

It sounds like the beta access may have been temporarily removed or is being rolled out differently now. Since you can still see your existing Element but can’t create new ones, it may be worth checking whether the beta toggle is available in another browser or after signing out of Creative Cloud completely.
