Low resolution in background replacement

My background replacement was low resolution and pixelated so I requested high resolution but it didn't improve. Even my high resolution subject was reduced in quality. How do I get the smooth, high rez quality I've seen others produce?

Thanks for writing in. What prompt did you use to create the background? Could you try changing browser and see if that helps?
