Which country are you in? there are certain countries that Adobe Firefly will not work in.

 

As of March 2026, Adobe Firefly is not available for use in Russia, Belarus, and China. Furthermore, Adobe services and products, including generative AI features, cannot be accessed in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, and the Donetsk/Luhansk regions.
