Majorly disappointed

I have the Creative Cloud All Apps account.

 

The style and quality of the standard features in Firely text-to-image art are amateurish and unusable.

 

Even when using the premium features, too often, parts of the prompt are completely ignored. I'm forced to use up credits to get what I asked for.

 

I have 988/1000 credits left, but can only use those for more cartoonish art.

 

I get better results from free AI than I do from Adobe.

 

I don't understand how this is possible.

 

Why am I charged for credits when the result ignores the prompt?
