Hi @philippe_1759,

Thank you for sharing the details.

After reviewing the account, I can see that you currently have an active Teams plan associated with the email address used to submit this query. Based on your message, it appears that your credits are showing as 0/4000 shortly after the monthly reset, despite minimal or no usage. Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with.

If your credits were reset to 4000 on December 25, 2025, and they are already showing as 0, this typically indicates that credits were consumed by generative actions on the account, even if this was unintentional. Credits can be used quickly by certain features such as video generation, multiple variations or repeated generations.

However, if you are confident that you have not used any credits since the reset, this may be an account synchronization issue. In that case, we recommend trying the following steps:

  • Clear your browser cache and history, or try accessing the account from a different browser.

  • Sign out and sign back in to your Adobe account.

If the issue still persists, please ask your administrator to unassign the license from your profile and then reassign it through the Admin Console. This can help refresh the account sync. The steps are outlined in the following guide:

Please let us know if this helps or if you need any further assistance.

Regards,

Bonjour @Anshul_Nautiyal

Hey @philippe_1759

Each model uses a different amount of credits. Videos use more credits opposed to images.

Before each generation at the bottom right corner, there will be an idication of how many credits will be used.
