Monthly credits haven't reset.

Leading up to September 16 I hadn't used any of the 4000 credits on my Firefly account . I did some work up until today, the 17th in Australia and then noticed the account stating that I had used all the August/September credits as well as most of the 4000 for September/October and the next reset is October 16. The work I was doing was mainly on static 2D cartoon images using 40 credits per image. Apart from that, I created 3 x 8-second videos using 400 credits per video. Is it possible to check the activity on my account to ascertain whether I have used 8000 credits in two days or whether I should have 4000 new credits beginning September 16. I was expecting to see 4000 credits arrive in the account today. It doesn’t make sense that 8000 credits could have been used by the type of work I have done over the past couple of days. Possible, perhaps, but I’d like to know if there is a method of checking activity and credits used.

    I did log out and back in with no change to the credits. They’re sitting at 30 available from 4000 with the next reset being October 16.


    I had used none since the last reset August 16. Then around September 15 I thought I’d not waste the month’s credits so created around 70 static 2D cartoon images at 40 credits/image and 3 2D cartoon videos at 400/video, expecting that to use most of the 4000 but not worried as credits would replenish the following day.


    The only explanation I can think of is that I had calculated the reset to be 10:30 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time, as that’s what it usually is. Maybe it reset earlier than expected and I was using the next month’s credits thinking they were the August/September ones.

    It won’t break the bank balance to invest in some new credits so that’s what I’ll do, as well as make certain the 4000 monthly credits are used before the reset date, in future.

    thanks for your reply. 

    At the time I felt a little hard done by, as I was timing the reset based on previous reset times which I narrowed down to 10:30 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time. And, I was and am in the middle of a project and wanted to keep at it.

    However, it’s taught me not leave it too close to reset time and there is always the option to buy a month’s worth of 7000 credits for A$50 which I may do if I need to generate any more images. Currently, I’m editing the ones already generated.

    If “escalation” means there’s a chance of retrieving the monthly 4000 credits, by all means, otherwise I wouldn’t wish to make an issue of it.

    Unfortunately, I think you're correct! Generating those images when you were close to your reset date leaves me to believe it was drawing the credits from the September/October credit bank instead of the August/September one.
