Monthly credits in the subscription failing

When I first subscribed to Adobe last month, it was specifically for my business, which requires commercial-style videos. However, after creating just one or two videos, my monthly credits ran out—even though I was subscribed. Since then, I haven’t been able to use the service and have been stuck waiting without knowing how to get more credits. This means I lost an entire month of creating professional videos, right after I signed up and got started.

Hello @nathan_3854,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you have experienced this. I can try to give you a brief overview here.

There are two types of plans that allow use of Firefly features. Standard Firefly plans which allow use of nonpremium image creation. That includes text to image using Firefly models and generative fill. Premium Firefly plans allow use of Firefly premium features, such as Firefly video, translation, and premium text to image models (such as Gemini Flash 2.5).

All of the Firefly plans come with some number of credits. Those credits are available for one month, use it or lose it. You can see how many credits you have left by clicking on your avatar in the upper right while on a Firefly page:

On your plan anniversary date, the credits are refreshed.  You can see the anniversary date on you plans page:

If you have more than one plan that gives credits, you get a refresh of the number of credits for that plan on its anniversary date.

If you need more credits per month than you have, you can change your plan. To see the options available to you, click "Get Credits" on the upper right of the Firefly page:

For more information on credits, please see: Generative credits FAQ.
