When you say it is not working, what do you mean? Are you getting an error, or is the button not doing anything when you press it.

A couple of things to try:

1. Try going to your generation history and access the generation from that and download.
2. Try testing in a private browsing window or another browser. Sometimes extensions like ad blockers interfere.
