my credits are not showing in the account

My account email: removed by mod... Plan: Firefly Generative AI (Premium features) According to my plan, the monthly allocation should be 11,000 Firefly credits. However, after the renewal on March 8, my account shows a total of 11,000 credits but the available credits remaining are only 6,840. This indicates that I effectively received about 7,000 credits instead of the expected 11,000. I have attached a screenshot from my account dashboard showing: "7000 / 11000 credits left". yestrday Could you please check my account activity and confirm why the full 11,000 credits were not available after renewal? Thank you for your help.
