My credits were all used but I was always using free for video generations

I used firefly free servers for ai video generations but I see all my credits are finished. Please help me with this issue. This is just start of month and my all credits are showing almost finished and I have used none of them. This is bug with credits

    There was a promotion offering unlimited generations (varying by plan) for the following subscriptions: Firefly Pro, Firefly Pro Plus, Firefly Premium, 4,000 Credits, 7,000 Credits, 10,000 Credits, and 50,000 Credits.

    Account Credits Wrongfully Depleted Using Free Video Models - Request Log Audit
    need to file a formal grievance about an accounting glitch in my Adobe Firefly account. My generative credits were completely wiped out despite me using only the free video models. I want a formal service ticket raised, and I want an official email containing an itemised log showing exactly what timestamp and model caused these deductions
