My Firefly credits were billed on the 6th, but it shows that credits won't be renewed until the 24th of August. Why the delay in updating the credits?

It is possible that you have two or more plans that grant generative AI credits? If so, the date listed with your avatar in the upper right corner is the next date you get a refresh of any credits.

If you have multiple plans, each plan refreshes on the anniversary date of that plan (which you can see at account.adobe.com/plans).
